Your tax preparer needs the following 2024 tax documents?

    1.  Form 1099R - Withdrawal of money from 401K is considered a Retirement Income.

    2.  Form W2 - Wage and Tax Statement issued by employer. (Parent & Child)

    3.  Medicaid enrollment form or Medicaid Insurance Card.

    4.  Form 1095B or 1095C - Health insurance coverage issued by employer.

    5.  Claiming a qualified dependent child under age 17 :

            a.  School ID and Report Card
